The right preparation and education for birth is incredibly important. My role is to EMPOWER and EDUCATE pregnant couples so they can make informed decisions based on all the options they have available to them, even if mother nature does require a helping hand. You will learn how to get into deep state of relaxation quickly and easily, so your body can do what it is perfectly designed to do.

Couples usually complete the course between 20 weeks' and 36 weeks' pregnant, but you can choose what feels right for you. If you are over 36 weeks' pregnant, please contact me and we can discuss some options. Course materials are all included in the course price. A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to book your spot, with the balance payable before the course start date.

Upcoming Mindful Birthing and Beyond courses

These courses are £295 per couple, take place over two weekend days and blend the Wise Hippo Hypnobirthing Programme with a breastfeeding workshop, biomechanics for birth and mindfulness for parents.

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, these techniques can be used in every situation, from a normal delivery to a

c-section or epidural. If a previous birth was traumatic, hypnobirthing is an alternative option to going straight to a
c-section. 

Face-to-face classes are held at my home address in Calverley, Leeds. Online classes can be held live on Zoom at request. I also offer private one-to-one Wise Hippo tuition in your own home (£395 per couple). Please contact me for further details.
