Next Mindful Baby course dates

Mindful Baby is an absolute delight - I have five parents enjoying the course at the moment and it's a joy to facilitate. Pre-booking is essential as my groups are kept small. Please scroll down for more details about this unique offering.


Dates: Monday 15th April, Monday 22nd April, Monday 29th April, Wednesday 8th May (due to bank holiday on the Monday that week), Monday 13th May and Monday 20th May (six-week course)

Time: 10am-11.15am

Location: My home address in Clover Court, Calverley

Cost: First session is free on Monday 15th April, then £10 per class for the remaining five sessions (two payments of £25).


Just four spots available. Ideally suited to babes from birth to just before they start crawling.

What is Mindful Baby?

Bring your baby and come and meet some like-minded parents in a lovely, friendly class filled with mindfulness insights and tools you can use in your everyday life. We try out relaxations, explore stress and what's happening in the body, look at ways to identify limiting beliefs, and check out neat little ways to take back control over your stress response, from breathwork to sound, from body scans to guided relaxations. We finish with a cheeky little taste of soothing organic cacao (dairy-free) and a chat.

Come & join us ...

With 20 years spent in the health and wellness industry as an editor and writer, I've written many articles and edited many, many more. I'm currently the sub-editor and resident writer for Fitpro magazine. It turns out that, out of all the modalities I've been exposed to, mindfulness has had the most impact in my life and has helped me to be a more present, calmer mum (although I definitely ain't perfect!). As a mindfulness practitioner, I'm beyond excited to bring this new class to Calverley, filled with nuggets that I hope you'll find interesting and helpful, and to offer a supportive environment to parents in this crazy, fast-paced world! The course starting in April will be my second intake and I'd love you to join us! Spaces are limited to four per class for this coming course due to the venue size. I find small classes rather lovely to be honest!
